Thank you Lorraine and you are welcome! I feel very much the same- not being around my parents and grandma anymore. I moved out of Poland several years ago and still miss terribly the family, friends, country, food and all of our wonderful polish traditions. I practice many of them religiously and cook polish food like a maniac haha. My stomach has allergy for any other food lol, well-almost (;I still have tons of great polish recipes not translated yet, so please continue to visit (: I update it as often as I can. I am glad those posts bring you warm memories (: Best wishes!! AP.
